Perth-born Rosanna Young began piano lessons with Claire Gallagher aged six before being awarded a scholarship to study at the junior department of the RSAMD. In 2007 she began her studies there full-time and graduated in July 2011 with a BMus (Hons) Performance degree. She is currently on the MMus Performance course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London specialising in Piano Accompaniment. She is delighted to return to her home-town to perform in Perth Festival of the Arts and have the opportunity to present a recital with her new friends and collaborators from Guildhall.
