Gift Aid

Gift Aid can make your donation go further. For every pound you donate to the Festival, we can claim 25p back from HMRC.

Declaration: Please treat all gifts of money that I have made in the past 4 years and all future gifts of money that I make from the date of this declaration as Gift Aid donations.

I understand that if I no longer pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax reclaimed on my donations, I must notify you in writing.

All Friends are added to our mailing list on joining, so we can contact you about the Festival, your benefits and provide a password for booking tickets.

All Friends who join before the priority booking period opens will be sent a copy of our Festival Brochure by post.

We will contact you annually to ask if you would like to renew your membership. We will do this by email where you provide an email address.

How do I join?

Online: Join and pay online today by completing this form.

By Post: Download a copy of our Friends form for printing, completing and posting. Enclose a cheque made out to Perth Festival of the Arts Ltd. Post to Perth Festival of the Arts, 3-5 High Street, Perth, PH1 5JS
We will confirm your membership in writing and add you to our Friends mailing list.

Please note: If you are joining during the Friends Priority Booking period (between 18 – 24 March 2019), we would strongly recommend you join online and not by post to ensure prompt receipt of your Friends password and quick access to your priority booking benefits.”

How do I access the benefits?

Ticket benefits are accessed during the Festival’s sales period. We will write to you each year to tell you when this is.

Prior to the Friends booking period, you will receive a password to enable access to priority booking and any ticket discounts. Where you join online, we will confirm the password by email. We will send any invitations to Receptions or Concerts and the Business Gift Package to you by post.

When does my membership run to?

Membership runs until 31 December each year. We will remind you of your renewal each year.**

Other Terms and Conditions

Friends memberships are only open to individuals and not organisations, and are non-transferrable. If you are a business and would like to support the Festival, please visit our corporate sponsors page.

* Occasionally, some shows will be excluded from the multi-buy discount offer due to the arrangement with the artist. Our website will list the shows that are included. Please note that the discount can only be applied to a single box office transaction and a limit of 4 tickets per show per Friend is applied.

** We will contact our Friends each year to ask if you would like to renew your membership. If you do not renew within a 2-year period, we will remove your details from our Friends mailing list.
