Information for 2020 Festival Ticket Holders

Information for Festival Friends and Customers who have already purchased tickets for our 2020 Festival in May. 

Thank you to all our Festival audiences for your support and understanding of the cancellation of this May's Festival. 

We have now written to all our Festival Friends (by email or post) to update them on the current position regarding Friends membership donations and ticket refunds.

If you have purchased Festival tickets, our agents, Horsecross Arts, will be in contact with you shortly to arrange a full refund which will include any booking fee you have paid. We are very grateful to Horsecross for their support at this time and look forward to the day when we can all enjoy their wonderful venues again.  

Donating ticket money to the Festival: We are also most grateful to those Friends who have reached out to us to offer additional donations, or have pledged to donate their refunded ticket money back to the Festival in due course.
